Hi John,

I've since found out that it's a problem with my firewall. Apparently, I
need to open port 21 to allow the application FTP X uses to conect to the
site (alg.exe) to access the net properly. Thanks a lot for getting back
anyway.

Cheers,

Mark

Hello Mark,

I use FTP Explorer all of the time and have never had this problem. You
should be able to view all file types. There are three windows you can TAB
through: the first is the tree/folder view, pressing TAB once takes you to
the files view so that you can ARROW through them and pressing TAB again
takes you to the window which advises you of whether or not your commands
have been successful, etc.

HTH,
John.

Hi Everyone,

I seem to have a problem with FTP explorer, in that I'm not able to view =
any files or folders on my server. I connect okay, but the list view is =
totally blank. I very much doubt it, but I don't suppose its possible the =
programs set to look for a certain file type?

Cheers,

Mark
