Thank you for your message.
As you'll see from another thread I've just started, the problem is now
resolved, (Simple really, I should have thought of it myself, a re-install
of the app did the trick). I was advised to try a re-install of the app by
Sam Taylor, a member of the Smartvisionau list run from Australia.
However, I'll certainly write to the address you've mentioned, explaining
the error I had and the fact that it's now resolved.
