Hi Eleanor,I think if you go to add or remove programs, and choose to uninstall ExpressBern, before it is uninstalled you'll get a dialog asking whether you wantto downgrade to the free version, repair or uninstall. I believe this is thecase with all other NCH applications. Cheers, Amro -----Original Message-----From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf OfEleanor Burke Sent: Wednesday, September 19, 2012 7:38 PM To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Express Burn on Lap Top Says 14 Day Trial Elapsed Hi As I found Express Burn great tonight, I put it on my laptop and all I getis the message that the 14 day trial period has elapsed. I only have optionto buy and do not have option for the standard free version. How can Iresolve this problem please? Maybe before I had Sandra's help on burning, I might have had it on the laptop and uninstalled it as a programme I was notusing. I would like to have it back working on the laptop again.
