Hi Ali.
The following help is from OL2002, but hopefully the steps should be
more-or-less the same. I'm afraid I've never used 2003, so can't comment
exactly on the procedure there.
You can export to dBase, Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, =3D
FoxPro, or to a Personal Folders file.=3D20 list of 4 items 1.
On the File
menu, click Import and Export.=3D20 2. Click Export to a file, and then
click Next.=3D20 3. In the list, click the file type you want to export to,
and then =3D click Next.
If you want to export to a file for use in Word or PowerPoint, choose =3D
either Tab Separated Values or Comma Separated Values.
4. Follow the instructions in the Import and Export Wizard.=3D20
