Ray, It is not in OUTLOOK 2003. It is not possible to back-up your email settings from OUTLOOK 2003. However, from the ms office tools, you can back-up all your settings for office applications including email settings. ----------- Thank you. You should then get a dialogue to enable you to import or export the settings.
