Ray,
It is not in OUTLOOK 2003. It is not possible to back-up your email
settings from OUTLOOK 2003. However, from the ms office tools, you can
back-up all your settings for office applications including email settings.

Ali, if it is like Outlook 2000 then go to tools, down to accounts,
highlight the account you want, then tab until you find import or export -
cannot quite recall which you wanted. You should then get a dialogue to
enable you to import or export the settings.
