That's interesting, Richard. Thanks. Not sure how the user would get the
info off a pass, but I'll look into this.

I'm not very up on what these can do, but can confirm that there was a
system in Dundee last time I was there, which involved holding a pass near a
reader in a bus shelter to gain up-to-date info.
Apologies if this isn't relevant.
All the best,
Richard

Thanks, Phil. Just to check, is that in the Wolverhampton bus station?
Cheers

Hi Barry
Although I have not used it, I believe there is a system being used in
Wolverhampton and we are also informed coming to West Bromwich at some
point. Last time I heard Wolverhampton system was still being tested but
that prior to Covid19.
Hopefully this will assist you.
Phil

Hi all
There is a new bus station build in my home town. During a video
consultation yesterday, I mentioned RF ID's to help VI smartphone users
locate facilities and bus stops. I know how they work in theory, but I was
asked if I knew of where any were actually being used. I don't. If anyone
has come across them at a venue, I'd appreciate it if you would let me know
where it was.
Thanks in anticipation.
Cheers
Barry
