I think the F1 info is in fact correct.  The report said:

 

>In the example below there are six pages and so there should be five
horizontal page breaks but only one is identified in the help
information    .

Therefore there are 14 columns - A through N, and 26 lines.  So I
would expect 26 lines to fit on one page, hence only one horizontal
page break.  

19 columns would hardly fit across the width of one page of A4.
