Hi Colin, The way that I have read your query is that you have a comment in a cell as opposed to a drop down list. A comment is usually a small triangle (arrow head) in the top right hand corner of the cell. In this case you need to hold down the shift key and press function key 2 (F2), which will open the comment box for reading. Press the Esc key when finished to close. regards Keith Eldridge Co-ordinator for IT for Visually Impaired Learning Support Sussex Downs College Eastbourne East Sussex BN21 2UF 01323 637138 Please consider the environment before printing this email. -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Colin Phelan Sent: 27 February 2012 20:50 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Excel Drop Down Lists Hi All, Does anyone know how to access a drop down list from the little arrow on the right of a cell in excel please?
