I remember playing a cricket game on that machine as it used to take floppy
disks

It was available in the 1980s and 1990s as an A4 size note-taker and
fantastic box of tricks. Made in Australia, Eureka has a very quirky voice
which put a lot of people off, but she was so advanced for her time with lots
of functions and features. Someone kindly gave me one recently, and it is
still possible to carry out a lot of tasks despite her age.
Not everyone's cup of tea but certainly an old friend of mine! (smile.)

Hello,
What is the Eureka?
Sorry for the stupid question, but I've never heard of it.

Hi Carol
No I am not aware of anything strange, but then I haven’t had time for
too much play! (smile.) What a sweetie she is!

I have been given a Eureka by someone who no longer wants it, and am
delighted to say that George and Kevin serviced it for me.
But does anyone have any of Eureka's old games or utilities that were
part of its usergroup fan base? Please feel free to contact me off
list if you prefer.
Eureka must be one of the only older pieces of kit to still have some
uses, it's great to see the old girl again!!
