Hi Ali
Below are the instructions Steve gave me when I installed it, so hope they work
for you.
Press F5, go down to User Interface, then right arrow, then down to graphics,
then tab to Graphical User Interface, then make sure it is unchecked, not
partially or fully checked.

Hi all,
Can any Eset user give me some hints and tricks to use the above? I have just
installed the latest trial version of Eset Smart Security thinking it is quite
accessible as it was before. But for some reason, I am unable to modify or
change any of the options as jaws does not read the elements buttons etc.
Using f5 does not make any difference at all.
Windows7 pro, jaws16, latest Eset.
