Hi Jackie, In Eset, press F5, then find Computer. Right arrow to open it, then down to Antivirus and Antispyware, then right arrow to open that, then finally, arrow down to Exclusions. Then tab, you will find an empty list of exclusions. Tab again to the Add button, then browse to the program you don't want Eset to prevent from running. Now, Eset will exclude this program in its database. Be aware though, that if that program gets infected, Eset may miss the infection. One or two small, legitimate programs I use now won't run because of Eset, and I am not sure where to go in its interface to permit them. I am new to Eset, so please forgive the question. Many thanks.
