Hi

I would assume you would be covered by your credit card assuming you
used one at the time.

Subject: [access-uk] Entering in to a Contract

I have entered in to a contract with a supplier of a bluetooth
keyboard. I find the item unfit for purpose. The supplier recommends
I take the matter up with Apple which I do not agree with as I stated
the purpose and my need as a blind person when purchasing the keyboard
from the supplier.
I know that Under the Sale of Goods Act, I do have comeback but I am
not entirely sure what my legal rights are when I made a purchase over
the t elephone.
Would appreciate any professional help in this regard. I suppose last
possible resort is small claims court but for
£30 that would be excessive but possible.

Eleanor
