I agree Ian but I could not get the backspace key to work. The reboot has resolved that.

Surely the keyboard would only be unfit for purpose if there was something wrong with it. I suspect that if anyone else can enter text with it, it is not unfit for purpose.

Because I cannot use it to input text.

How is the item unfit for purpose?

I have entered in to a contract with a supplier of a bluetooth keyboard. I
find the item unfit for purpose. The supplier recommends I take the matter
up with Apple which I do not agree with as I stated the purpose and my need
as a blind person when purchasing the keyboard from the supplier. I know
that Under the Sale of Goods Act, I do have comeback but I am not entirely
sure what my legal rights are when I made a purchase over the t elephone.
Would appreciate any professional help in this regard. I suppose last
possible resort is small claims court but for £30 that would be excessive
but possible.

Eleanor
