[access-uk] Enquiry about Penfriend

Hi to all those using the Penfriend. Mine arrived the other day so I read
the instructions and started to label. I found the on/off switch worked
fine but the record button seemed hit and miss. It took me about five
attempts before it would record a tin of salmon and several tries before it
would record sardines. I am on the label and holding the record button down
so do users think I may have a faulty one, or are any of you having the same
problem?
