Mandy,
Open up a new email, enter the recipient's email address. Fill in the subject
line then tab to edit field where you put in your message. Now press Alt and I
for the insert menu and cursor down once to attach file and press entre. A form
will appear where you tab across to search tab and then from their find the
folder where the files are kept. When you find the photographs, highlight the
ones you want to attach and then press the enter key, this will attach the
photo’s to the email and return you to the email to resume the email, when
finished press alt and s to send, job done.

Subject: [access-uk] Emailing Photos.
Brian wants to sell some speakers on EBay but because he finds the site
difficult, he wants a friend of his to put the details onto the site.
So: first problem is sending the photos to this friend.
They are zipped and I thought we could find the folder, then applications key,
send to submenu and then the mail option and alt tab to find the field to enter
the recipient. This did not appear.
Then we tried putting in the recipient details and hitting attach, searching
for the right folder but then how do we attach?
Brian is using Windows 10 and Windows Live Mal.
Thanks for any help.
Mandy.
