Hi Ali,

That's a funny spelling indeed.  I think you are talking about Eloquence,
are you not?

You can't purchase Eloquence as an open SAPI voice, as far as I know, but
you do get it free with JAWS, Window-Eyes, and Kurzweil 1000.  Those are
just three of the programs I know for sure who give it away.  So if you have
any of those programs, then you can just select Eloquence from the
respective CDs and install it.
