Hi all -

Just tried to buy something off ebay, and was told I couldn't do so unless I satisfied the sellers requirement, which in this case meant giving my credit
card details for identification purposes.

Anybody done this on Ebay? Is it safe? Who actually holds the information,
ebay, or the seller? -
