We have identified the issue. It happens on other players too.
We hope to have a fix in the coming months.

playing time is zero. It is a pity that you have to be concerned about how long

I downloaded The Strain by Guillermo del Toro from the RNIB Downloads service
using Dolphin Easy Reader. It appears to play but I realised I couldn’t switch
from my iPad to iPhone and iPod as needed. So I redownloaded it using my PC and
copied it into Voice Dream Reader where I can switch back and forth.
Unfortunately it won’t play at all in Voice Dream, and neither will the other
two books in the trilogy. I imported them as zip files, which I think is
correct.
Is this something to do with the issue a few months back where Daisy files with
more than 1 CD wouldn’t work?
Is anyone else having a problem playing RNIB downloaded daisy books on Voice
Dream Reader?
