[access-uk] Re: EMAIL ON MOBILE - PROBLEM WITH HTML MESSAGES

Those attachments Carol come with absolutely every e-mail you receive and if you were able to open them then all it would do is read the content of the e-mail itself to you. If you cursor down once and there is another attachment like if I had sent you a document then that will be there. Either send yourself an attachment or get someone to send you one and then you will see how it works.

I am told there are attachments which are HTM and there's nothing in the body of the message.

I've tried opening an attachment or two, from trusted sources, and haven't got anything, though didn't check them all.

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I don't have time to do any further testing today so will have to leave it a few days unless anyone has any really good ideas.

Thanks, though for the question. As I consider it, I'm still not sure that I have settings correct and maybe it's a memory issue or something ...

Subject: [access-uk] EMAIL ON MOBILE - PROBLEM WITH HTML MESSAGES

Hi all,

In setting up my mobile to receive email, I've met an unexpected
problem in that it appears I cannot read at all any HTML messages
sent. As so many are sent in this way these days, I do need to sort
the problem if I'm going to use my phone at all for email.

Any suggestions what setting I need to tweak and where on my N95?

Thanks.
