Hi Jackie, Better have a word with James Everson. It sounds like an Exchange Server problem. He'll need to see the Header information for duplicated messages. George. From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Jackie Cairns Sent: 16 November 2008 17:42 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Duplication of list messages Would anyone please have a resolution for why some, but not all, messages on this list specifically are coming in twice? I'm subscribed using my work Email, and this is the only list where double messages are appearing, though, as stated already, not all of them. Any suggestions for a remedy would be helpful. I'm using Outlook 2003 on XP Professional. I've created rules so that messages from various lists go into their individual folders. Even my own messages to this list come back twice, so I'm just wondering what's going on here? (smile).
