We are working to fix the multi disk download issue. It is indeed as Steve
suggests. It isn’t an issue if you download on to pc then copy to a device.
Both EasyReader and Voice Dream Reader can only process one of the folders in
the zip file. Sometimes you will get disk 1 and other times disk 2.
We should hopefully be able to implement the fix in the next few weeks.
