and speak to their technical staff, I’m sure they’ll sort it out for you.

Hi All.
Sorry for this but again I havfe been struggling for hours, getting more and
more frustrated.
Last time I queried this I was directed to go to account on the audible website
and check a particular box: it is still checked but I cannot download my book
all it does is redownload books I have already read!
Please tell me why before I throw something or just revert to listening on my
iPhone!
