Hi all
To be honest, it would have helped if I had the clickables reported which is a check box that I did not check in the Document Formatting dialogue box. I just find these to be too verbose to my liking. So in this scenario what I thought were blanks were in fact clickable objects. Still, it's a poor excuse for an accessible website.

Hello again;

Well, you are absolutely right - it's shocking! I've just tried with
Jaws, NVDA and Chromevox and none of them allow you to select the
options.
If you're lucky, you might be able to guess when to stop tabbing and
start arrowing, but the whole page is an abomination!

Anyway else have any luck with

Can you please copy and paste the exact address, or perhaps forward
the email minus personal details, either to the list or privately to
me?

This smells a bit phishy.

Hi all
I received a notification by email to view my license. So went on it, signed
in and thought I would update my email address. Well no matter what I do,
including using JAWS instead of NVDA, Internet Explorer instead of Firefox,
I could not select what I want to change. Tried pressing enter, space, even
the JAWS cursor would not let me go very far with the page. The reason I am
truly disgusted is because a site that claims to be accessible just isn't
when it comes to changing details and yet we are required by law to have a
TV license. So ok no big issue for me at least but may be for others so just
making you aware and informing what I think to the site. Not happy at all.
Regards Chris.
