DVD recorders aren't accessible yet as far as i know, if you're not Visually impaired this isn't a problem. The last option is you could pay to have them done for you. I have been providing a service for a while now to transfer videos from camcorder/VHS/DVD and other media to hard drive or backup DVDs, and ripping to hard drive is the cheapest option from DVD and VCD. because its less work to convert them, DVD's and VCD's are the cheapest option.
