Didn't get all your message.  I am referring to a document which may be say, 
15 or so pages.  I take local news items from the local newspaper websites, 
putthem into a word document for printing out for people to read for our 
talking newspaper.

When I am working on a big document in MS Word, when I have
finished and close word,   I am unable to do anything
constructive for several minutes as for allpractical
