Hi Steve,

I don't have the Dell Inspiron you mention.

However, you can apparently either change this setting either in the Bios
(presumably not ideal) or, on some models, in the Windows Mobility Centre.
Presumably the latter is a better bet if it works.

Good luck,

Ed

Subject: [access-uk] Dell Enquiry

Hi All,

We have just bought a new Dell Inspiron 1564. My first question is has
anyone else got one and do you know how to set the funtion keys at the top
to normal. I have to press the FN key first in order to activate them. Eg,
FN plus F4 with alt to close.

Steve
