  Hi Mandy,

First, the two accounts need to be Administrator Accounts, and you need to be
logged into the account that you want to keep to be able to do this.

When you're logged into the account you're keeping, go to User Accounts from
the Control Panel. On the User Accounts page, tap twice to get to the list of
computer users where you find all the accounts listed, and enter on the account
that you wish to delete. Now tap once then arrow down until you see the option
to delete that account, press enter, follow the prompts, and hopefully you'll
be done!

You can change an account's name from the User Accounts page too.

  HTH,
  Amro

    Hi.

Sorry if someone replied earlier to this but I was trying my original
account again on which Jaws seems not to read out who the emails are from now
so I may have missed something.
I want to remove my original account now so I can rename this one.

    Mandy.
