[access-uk] Defragging help?

Hello friends,
I intend to defrag my hard disc. It is only 20 GB. Would I have to
disable my Screen Reader (Window-Eyes) and how long would it take,
approximately, please? I am running Windows98 S E. Thanks in advance. Kind
