Hi everyone,

I'm new to this list, so apologies if this question has been asked and
answered already.

Just bough Daisy Worm and have managed to get a file to the IPhone via FTP,
but it failed using a zipped file from ITunes and it also failed using the
free IPhone Explorer they mention on their website. Tried email their
support, but so far, after a couple of weeks, they haven't even sent an
acknowledgement.

If you zip up the DAISY file and send it via ITunes, on the phone it shows
as 'extracting', but nothing else happens.

Does anyone know if this method actually works and is there a file size
limit?

Thanks.

Brian Cairnie
