Hi all,
This is primarily for those of you who own and use digital video recorders
to set up and play your TV recordings, but of course I am interested to hear
from any of you who have looked at them ...
I'm interested to learn if there's anything out there which is reasonably
easy for a totally blind person to manage and definitely works perhaps
remotely for setting up recordings with the IPhone or from computer.
I'm simply tired of not now having a suitable recorder and having to go to
hunt programmes I've missed, assuming I remember and/or have time before
they're removed from those catchup lists.
I know I've been down this road a little before, but I still don't have a
solution ... so forgive me for going there again!
BTW: We don't really want to change to Sky as we want to keep the whole
package with Virgin Media intact if possible as we still think the broadband
speeds are probably the best but we've not really been convinced about the
Tivo box they supply.
