[access-uk] DVD Burner Problem

Hi All
I'm running XP Home and have a LG Dual Layer burner. I opened a new cakebox
of DVD's today and couldn't burn them. I assumed I had a faulty batch but I
have 2 other packs of other makes including a TDK brand and none of them
work either. The discs all work on the TV/DVD/Video combi. Do I assume the
burner has died? Strangely enough I can still burn CD's with no problem. I
estimate the DVD's burnt would total around the 350 mark. Would this be a
normal sort of number before the burner gave up the ghost?
