Hi Ibrahim, agreed, but do they know how big it is? Even Nero 7.10 ultra, which I use is 173 megs, Nero 8 is virtually a gig. I only hope they're able to do a custom install, and that they've got a decent connection speed. Given that, as you say, it's well worth the trouble.

True enough, but as you point out, you can do a custom install and for all that, Nero contains a lot of applications which are at least half way accessible, Nero Burning Rom, Nero Express and of course ShowTime being amongst those that are directly useful. I've found that things like Nero Vision, Photo Snap and Label Creator aren't on the other hand, so they can be safely docked from your install. It all boils down to what you want todo and certainly Nero gives you a lot more functionality than media player,so some would say the space consumption is worth it.
