  Hi

Are you possibly trying to play these files back in winamp or media player?
If so, this is exactly the sound you will get when there is an audio
description on the soundtrack.

It is because the audio description is not merged with the soundtrack but
multiplexed with it. Therefore the only way you can play these files is within
digiTV itself. Just go to the file menu, then open the file and it will start
playing normally.

If you are not using winamp, media player or another player to play your
files, then let us know and maybe someone else on the list can perhaps pinpoint
your problem.

high. I wonder if anyone can help. my digi TV is not recording like its
ment to be. when you record from a TV station with out audio description it
records fine. but when you record after selecting the record with audio
description, then the recording is crackly and distort.
if anyone knows about this or has had similar problems, please let me know.
    best wishes balal
