Hi, there's the national centre for tactile diagrams, good but not cheap, in
Hertfordshire, but I recently visited Salisbury cathedral and they had
tactile 3d models, one large and relatively simplified full one that gave a
sense of where different bits were and things like relative heights etc,
they also had a sort of plan/model with raised bits for walls and pillars,
almost as if someone had gone through the cathedral with a chain saw six
inches above the ground...

Definitely worth having a look/feel!

Hi Everyone

Apologies if this is considered off topic, but it is access related.

I am asking this question on behalf of my father, who is a guide for
Southwark cathedral and would like to arrange tours for blind folks.

Does anyone know where he could obtain a tactile diagram? I know RNIB
produce such things, but I had an idea that other companies produced
them as well.
