Hi Eleanor

It's the same as holding down alt and control on the left side.  So, for
example, if you've a short cut key set up to open Word with alt control w,
then you just hold down the CTRL Alt key with your right hand and hit the w
with your left hand.

What exactly is the function of this key on the right of the keyboard and
next to the space-bar?  I also have a Ctrl key further over to the right and
on the left of the left arrow key, if that is not double-dutch!
