Hi Barry thanks for this information but this doesn't seem to work for me as neither of my JFW programmes are in start menu.
Sorry for such basic stuff. Mandy.----- Original Message ----- From: "Barry Hill" <bbinc@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

You can put an icon on your desk top by going to the version of Jaws in thestart menu and hitting right applications key, which is to the left of the right control key. Arrow down the list to *send to*, hit enter then arrow down to *Desktop, create short cut to* and hit enter. You will now have the icon you want on your desk top. If you want to createa hot key for this, go to the icon on the desktop, hold down alt and press enter. Tab to *short cut key, create hot key* and press enter. Press thekey combination you want for Jaws then tab to *ok* and enter. You're done.Barry----- Original Message ----- From: "Mandy" <manumandy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, June 09, 2007 5:02 PM Subject: [access-uk] Creating Shortcut Key For Jaws.
