[access-uk] Creating MP3 Files with K1000

Hi,
I have tried unsuccessfully to create an MP3 file using K1000.
It keeps saying I need Microsoft media player, to do this.
I already have windows media 10 on here, so does this mean I need something
else.
Any help much appreciated, as I'm a bit baffled.
