Hi Andy, I've just looked in the Tapesense catalogue. They've got one pair of Sennheiser wireless cans, the RS130. As far as I know they're in the same range as the RS180 I have, just lower down the range. They'd certainly be worth investigating. I've pasted the info on them from the Tapesense catalogue below. It doesn't have a lot about them, but if Carol likes the sound of them she can do further research.

                   John.
Sennheiser RS130 - wireless/cordless headphones

With its switchable surround sound setting the RS130 is ideal for both hi-fi and home cinema use. Battery life: Up to 22 hours; Range: Up to 150m

£79.95 - normally retail at £89.95

Carol - Tapesense still sell chordless Sennheisers, they have just changed from the older ones they use to have, to a later model, I think it's mostly the charging aspect of things that is different in the newer ones. I think they're still under 100 quid, where as I think the ones John has are over 150? -

Yes, we probably will do but haven't bought for some years so was just asking in case there were any other recommendations.

Looks like I'll be buying Sennheiser as they're obviously still available. Any idea of the best outlet or can you still buy them directly?

Hi Carol, don't you want to stick with Sennheiser? Mine
are Sennheiser RS180, and not only are they the best
wireless cans I've ever had, they knock spots off a lot
of high end wired cans. They take two triple A batteries,
one in each side, and operate for up to 24 hours on a
                   charge. They're also very comfortable.
John.

Hi all,

We recently have seen the sad demise of our old
Senheiser headphones and would like to replace these to
allow free movement around our home whilst listening
without going for a complete airplay (or similar)
system. Does anyone have any recommendations, please?
