[access-uk] Cool Edit Pro help please

Please can you help?
When I try to open it this is the mesage I get.
Cannot Find Temporary Folder
Temporary folder "C:\DOCUME~1\VIPONA~1\LOCALS~1\Temp"
does not
exist. Please specify an existing directory under
Options->Settings/System.
OK
What do I do to fix it so it will open?
