[access-uk] Converting pdf to html?

Hello,
Can anyone advise how I can convert a pdf to html? I recall ages ago
there was an option to do this in Adobe Reader but it doesn't seem to
be there any more, at least not in my version. Are there any other
conversion tools people recommend?
