Hi Tony, I think Eleanor gave a couple of hints on how to start. It's really very straightforward. choose a file, choose formats and click convert. Give it a go and if you stuck write back. That would be the best thing to do. How then do you convert wav to mp3 with it? Is there a good help in Switch? This is a neat, easy to use, accessible and an all round awesome application! If you don't want to pay for the pro version, when the trial period ends, you can downgrade to the free version by going into control panel, choose to uninstall Switch and then from the popup window tick the tick box that says use the free version.
