Hi Petrina,
I’ve had a first generation Stream since 2009 and it’s reading Audible books
without difficulty. As has been said, best to reactivate the Stream.

Hi all,
I am running Windows 10 with JAWS 2018, on a laptop. Because my old Victor
Stream will not play my Audible books I use Sound Taxi to convert them to
mp3. So because I have just bought a new laptop, I had to purchase Sound Taxi
again. I have tried to convert a book, but when I press enter on the open
button, I get the following message. Media content is protected you must
install Free Media Processing plug-in to unprotect the content and start
conversion. Then there are two buttons, one says plug-in website, file(s)
will not be converted download and install plug-in. And the other button says
later. But when I press enter on the first button, I can’t find any think on
the web page, to do with Free Media Processing plug-in. Is there another
program I can use to convert my Audible books? or am I going to have to bite
the bullet and buy a new victor stream. Thanks in advance for any help you
can give me.
All the best
Petrina
