I had this problem once. Try calling Amazons access number: (1-888) 2831678 I
say this: Because the telephonic response seems faster to me. They will switch
you to another department. Which might be of some assistance. They can add
special delivery instructions. Which might help. I had them add to double
check the address, and my house is green with red doors, and has a secure mail
box. After I did this: There were no further delivery issues.

Hi Everyone.
I'm trying to contact Amazon to make a complaint about deliveries constantly
being left at the incorrect address, but I'm finding it very difficult to find
how to do this.
Has anyone ever had to contact them about same, and if so, how did you go about
it?
I get an email after delivery, and in there I see two links following the
question, "How Was Your Delivery?" One link for "It Was Great", or one for "Not
So Great".
I click on the not so great option expecting to see some kind of form whereby I
can explain the problem, but no such form or anything vaguely related appears!
I'd really appreciate some help with this.
