Ok, here goes.
Sign in, once in go to contact us link, then select tech support, or other
button of your choice which fits the reason for your call. Then select
something from the dropdown menu. Then it will ask you to select either chat,
or phone. Chat is online chat, phone is where, if you haven't already
registered a number, you can add one, and they'll call you to talk through your
issue.
