[access-uk] Computer not shutting down.

Hi all,
This doesn't happen very often, but occasionally when I go to shut down my
Computer, nothing happens. So I end up either pressing the reset button, and
then going through the shut down again, or just pressing the off button, and
holding it in for a few minutes. So can anyone tell me what might be the
possible causes of this problem?.
