do the following things to get rid of the infection.
1. download emsisoft emergency kit.
2. rename the setup file to emsisoft emergency kit.com remove the .exe
and put a .com
make another copy and remove the .exe and put a .bat

Today my computer stopped opening any downloaded exe files. It'll

.exe files I've downloaded off the internet.
i'm using windows 8.1.
Is their anything that can be causing this and any way I could make it
