Hi Eleanor and Peter, I am here. At the time, I believe I recommended Driver Genius. The problem with all these things however, I have discovered, is that they misidentify drivers. I have found that on a test machine I have here, which has a SoundBlaster Live 5.1 in it, it kept referring me to SoundBlaster Audigy drivers, which won't install, because they don't see the hardware. But it isn't only Creative they had trouble with. So now, I do it all myself. If you do not have his e-mail address he is at computer room services. ----- Original Message ----- From: Peter Bentley <mailto:bentleypdlists@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Monday, December 07, 2009 5:42 PM Subject: [access-uk] Computer Driver checking Windows XP Home and JAWS I used Driver Agent to check drivers etc. The subscription has now rung out and I remember that another program was recommended by Steve Nutt. I did not make a note - I was not expecting to use this type of software again. Any suggestions or comments please.
