Billy,

As I said, what is the issue with this drive?  What errors are you getting?  
Are you really sure its a hardware fault and not something screwed up with your 
burning software?

George, I would do just that, but the last time I sent the
system to be sorted, it was gone for 6 weeks to replace the
CDRW/DVD drive, yes, the very same drive. Done a really good
job eh.
There is only a couple of months left to run on the
guarantee, and I'm very reluctant to send the computer back
to the suppliers.
