Hi Del,
I can tell you what it is, but i can't tell you how to stop it. When it
says collapsed it means there's other messages with the same subject line
in a collapsed folder. If you press the right cursor key when on an email
with the collapsed message, it will open up a list of emails with the same
subject line from people that have answered the email. The setting to stop
this is i think in the view menu under view messages but I'm sure their
other people on this list that can direct you to how to reverse this
option.

Hi all,
For the past couple of days now, I have been getting the word collapsed
spoken before the subject line of some incoming E-mails.
so my question is, has anyone any ideas as to what i have to do to get rid
of this annoying announcement?.
As I say, its not all E-mails, just a few.
Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated.
