Hi Saqib,
Many thanks all sorted now but I wouldn't personally choose orange.
I much prefer o2 and all customer services are in this country.
It took me 4 operators to speak with before I got the phone activated
2 cut me off, 1 gave me the incorrect information and the 4th gave me
the correct number.
But once again many thanks to you for all your help.

Hi Ibby dial 450 then choose option 3 in the first menu. Then choose
option 2 and hit 3 for reserve tank.
